Neenah High School

Neenah High School recently celebrated the opening of its beautiful new campus in Wisconsin. During construction, the school’s leadership team envisioned modern signage that also could serve as a dynamic communication tool to keep students, parents, and the community informed. They turned to Creative Sign Company, a local expert, to find the ideal solution.

In close partnership with Watchfire, Creative Sign Company designed and installed two LED signs: a prominent full-color display for the high school and a three-line display for the middle school. “In my years working in this industry, I’ve never experienced such a solid vendor relationship,” said Phil Jennings, account manager at Creative Sign Company. “Watchfire products are reliable, and their team is easy to work with, making every project feel seamless from start to finish.”

The high school display is a large, eye-catching square design that pushes the local zoning limits to create a fitting entrance to the new campus. Designed to complement the modern campus aesthetic, it is so striking that it earned a 2024 Watchfire LED Sign Award for design excellence. “For the high school sign, we wanted to maximize visibility while maintaining a look that matches the modern building,” Dubey noted. “The final design truly checks both boxes.”

Using Watchfire’s Ignite OPx software, the team can easily manage content for the displays. Because it is cloud-based, staff members can easily update messages remotely at any hour—a significant advantage during Wisconsin’s harsh winters.
With Ignite OPx, updates like school closures, virtual learning days, upcoming events, and student achievements can all be made in real-time, ensuring that key information reaches the school community quickly when it’s needed most.

Since installation, the digital displays have transformed how Neenah schools communicate, enabling quick, visible updates for students and parents alike. From celebrating student achievements to notifying families of schedule changes, the signs ensure that anyone passing by is always informed, strengthening connections across the Neenah school community.
